On the morning of 26 November 2025, the commencement ceremony for the lift modernisation project at Haishang Mingyueyuan in Nanhui New City, Pudong New Area, Shanghai, was successfully held. Representatives from the Haishang Owners' Committee and Lingang New Area Haihu Asset Investment and Marohn TKE, alongside Yang Yifeng, Party Branch Secretary of Marohn TKE, jointly attended the ceremony.

Lingang New Area Hailu Asset Management Co., Ltd. emphasised that the successful implementation of the lift modernisation project relies equally on both meticulous preliminary coordination and comprehensive planning, as well as robust subsequent execution and efficient implementation – neither aspect can be overlooked. The Haishang Owners' Committee expressed high expectations for the performance of the upgraded lifts. Yang Yifeng, Party Branch Secretary of Marohn TKE, provided a detailed introduction to the elevator refurbishment technology, safety management measures, and scientific construction arrangements, further bolstering the confidence of residents and relevant units in the project's smooth progress.

The residential complex predominantly comprises high-rise buildings, with elevators having operated for nearly 18 years. Over time, their operational condition and appearance have become increasingly inadequate to meet residents' current living requirements. The launch of this centralised refurbishment programme for 12 lifts not only addresses residents' pressing needs but also reflects their high recognition of Marohn TKE's products and services.

The new MTP series passenger lift cabins feature a more spacious interior, crafted from premium-grade 304 stainless steel with a refined, high-end texture. Equipped with energy-efficient gearless traction machines and advanced control systems, they will deliver significant improvements in energy efficiency, comfort, noise reduction, and safety.
