On 10 June 2025, the Shanghai Elevator Industry Association released the list of ‘trustworthy’ elevator maintenance companies for 2024. Based on comprehensive quantitative scores from the Shanghai Smart Elevator Platform and other relevant requirements such as company size, Marohn TKE has been awarded the title of ‘Trustworthy Elevator Maintenance Company’ for four consecutive years.

Marohn TKE strictly adheres to the ‘Rules for the Use, Management, and Maintenance of Elevators’ (TSG T5002 - 2017). The failure rate of elevators maintained by the company is lower than the annual average level published by the Shanghai Market Regulation Bureau, and the emergency response time is also below the average level published by Shanghai.

Technical Expertise
All maintenance staff at Marohn TKE are primarily supported by elevator vocational skill-level workers, and the company's engineering and technical personnel are fully compliant with elevator company qualification requirements, possessing modern elevator management technology. In 2020, Marohn TKE achieved data integration with the Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau's ‘Smart Elevator Platform,’ truly realising ‘maintenance on demand.’
